Fairly clean place, staff was wonderful. I appreciated the nice rooms with sleeper sofa. TV with cable channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator were available here. The hotel provided reasonable prices.

The room was nice and cool when we got there after a long day in the sun! Nice and comfortable with a very good breakfast the next morning!

Had a group of school kids at a competition. Everyone liked the hotel. Breakfast was good & staff were excellent. Parents stayed here too & liked it. Will be back in 5 weeks.
Waiting for train to get across the road to Mid-American Center.

Close to all casinos.Beds were comfy! Breakfast was good...serving a few hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage links. Make your own waffles along with cereals and fruits.Only few short minutes to downtown Omaha and zoo and other points of interests.

I was thankful that when I arrived (very early) the staff was willing to try to get me into room.
The sound from the room above was disturbing. They must have been having a football game up there!

This place was an excellent fit for a fleeting trip in Council Bluffs with good value. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a budget spot. Make sure to check your surroundings for cleanliness before settling in.

The kids were thrilled with the spacious room, which comfortably accommodated our big family. A decent stay while we ventured out to the local attractions.
My kids wished the breakfast options were better. The food was cold and not very appealing. A microwave that actually worked would have been a nice touch for families with children.
